Fairly clean property with efficient and amiable staff always at your service. Variety of fabulous food at breakfast time. Magnificent location for our visit to a memorial museum at a short distance from the hotel. A bus stop close to the venue...

The room was spacious and clean, with a cozy seating area perfect. The view of Table Mountain from our room was amazing. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.

Staff were friendly and helpful, good facilities with one exception! Clean and convenient.

What ever you do do not use their internet/Wifi system unless you have lots of cash with you. It is a rip off compared to other hotels who supply free connection. Their are lots of cafes around for free.

The location is central. The beds were super comfy-definitely a plus after long days out. A cool highlight was the lovely restaurant ambiance. It was great finding a place with safe parking available too!

Easy to find for a first timer in Capetown.The breakfasts were wonderful -great choice with frequently replenished with fresh produce and gorgeous fruit. Staff friendly and attentive.

The hotel has a fantastic location. While the staff were friendly and the breakfast was impressive, there were issues with Wi-Fi fees and some room amenities. A decent experience with room for improvement.

About 5 minutes after arriving in the room & unpacking, we started to feel relaxed & it just got better!

the bed was amazingly comfortable, but the pillows were sub-standard ... a fact i found rather strange in such an overall lovely hotel.
